Travel Required: Regular travel across governorates

Role Purpose

,To provide strategic leadership to the Youth and Marriage and Parental Coordinators Team

expanding Alpha’s presence and impact within local churches across Egypt. The role focuses on

building strong partnerships with church leaders and Christian ministries, equipping and

supporting them to implement Alpha effectively, and strengthening the local Church to raise

.leaders capable of sharing the Gospel with clarity and impact

Key Responsibilities

Build and sustain strategic relationships with senior church leaders and pastors across Egypt

 

Equip church leaders and ministry teams with Alpha methodology and best practice for effective implementation

 

Ensure follow-up and long-term engagement of churches after training

 

Lead, manage, and develop the Coordinators Team through coaching, guidance, and accountability

 

Conduct regular field visits to strengthen partnerships and assess ministry impact

 

Develop coordinators’ leadership, organisational, and ministry skills

 

Maintain strong knowledge of Alpha courses and facilitate sessions when required

Develop and implement an annual national strategy with clear objectives and KPIs

 

 

Produce quarterly reports highlighting progress, challenges, learning, and testimonies

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Education

University degree required

Experience

Proven leadership experience within church-based or Christian ministry

 

Prior experience in youth ministry is essential

 

Experience in strategic planning, training, coordination, or team leadership is highly desirable

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills

 

Strong organisational, planning, and time-management abilities

 

Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities

High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

 

Strong written communication for reports, strategy, and presentations 

Language

Good command of English and Arabic (spoken and written)
